Quest Meditech Completes Stage 1 ISO 13485 Audit

Quest Meditech has successfully completed its Stage 1 ISO 13485 audit, confirming that its quality systems, structure and documentation meet certification-readiness requirements for the internationally recognised medical-device standard.

Auditors commended the organisation, preparation and professionalism across all areas of the business, noting the strength of Quest Meditech’s controls and processes.

Stage 2 (Implementation) is scheduled for late November and early December, when auditors will conduct on-site visits at the company’s Upper Heyford, Warrington and Nutty’s Farm locations to verify full operational compliance.
