  • James Walters

    Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

    James has been working in the medical industry since 1998 and started as a mobile service engineer. James developed his skills and knowledge quickly and he became operations Manager for CMC international and was responsible for the UK’s biggest mobile medical fleet. In 2008 James became one of the founding directors of Quest Medical and has enjoyed success for the company which now has responsibility for more than 200 mobile and fixed medical sites.James has been at the forefront of developing the industry standards in the field for multi site vendors.

    Chief Finance Officer

    Steve is a seasoned commercial finance professional with extensive experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, and capital management. With a proven track record of supporting fast growth businesses through data-driven decision-making, he specialises in structuring complex financial solutions, optimising cash flow, and improving profitability through transaction granularity. Known for his analytical mindset and collaborative leadership style, Steve partners with executives and stakeholders to deliver sustainable financial performance and strategic value.

    Director of Engineering

    With 12 years in diagnostic imaging, Chris has managed service delivery, technical operations, and team development across multiple healthcare settings. His background combines hands-on engineering expertise with leadership experience focused on improving reliability, workflow efficiency, and patient outcomes.

  • Jim Davies

    Director of OEM Services

    With a background in diagnostic imaging and equipment management, Jim has over two decades of technical and leadership experience. As Director of OEM Services at Quest Medical, he oversees service partnerships, equipment lifecycle support, and operational performance improvement.

  • Simon Overbury

    Chief of Operations

    With over 25 years in medical logistics, Simon has progressed from driver to Director of Logistics at Quest. He specialises in operational planning, team management, and process optimisation, ensuring reliable, efficient service across all client and patient transport operations.
